Self confident, loyal and hard working can describe the Capricorn
"Yorkie". These little yorkies are very easily house trained.
They know rules must be followed and pleasing one's owner is
most important to them since Capricorn Yorkies see work as
play. They just love pleasing their owners, so getting your
slippers and working hard is more exciting than chasing that
ball or barking at the neighbor's cat. This little "Yorkie" is
fully satisfied with just a smidgen of attention as they get
great satisfaction from pleasing you. Grooming this little guy
leaves him feeling loved and appreciated. Please watch his
teeth and bones as these can be weak spots.
Aquarius (Jan. 20 -- Feb. 18) — Air
If the Aquarian Yorkie could speak, the first words would be
�Give Me My Space�. Eccentric may be the word to describe this
little guy, who often travels in his own little world. Yes,
these little Yorkies need their Freedom and to try to confine
one would be like the end of their world. Your Aquarian Yorkie
has a deep desire to interact with people and other animals
but sometimes will appear shy until they feel a little more
comfortable with their new found friends. Their true colors
will then come out and they may then gain a new title of
�Little Mr. Show-Off�. This of course may not be the best sign
for you if you are looking for a �Lap Dog� but be careful as
his intelligent personality may just win you
over.
Pisces (Feb. 19 -- Mar. 20) — Water
Pisces can and will live in a world all their own. As a result, you
are well advised not to expect too much from this sweet little
Yorkie. What you will get from your Yorkie is a caring and
sympathetic friend who will sense when you are upset and do
whatever they can to make you feel better. That of course
means lots and lots of kisses. Think of this little girl as
your shadow since she will be inclined to follow you
everywhere and land where you do. While this little Yorkie
generally does not require much, she definitely will not like
being left alone all the time. There is great comfort for her
in knowing you are close at hand. Nighttime is a fun time for
the Pisces Yorkie as they will be dreaming up a storm � notice
how much her eyes blink! Rest assured she is having a
ball.
Aries (Mar. 21 -- Apr. 20) — Fire
Yorkies born under the Arian sign are made up of 100% pure energy. The
Aries pet is strong willed paying no mind to the rest of the
World. Good manners aren�t their strong point, but they are
assertive and friendly. This little Yorkie is in Heaven when
company comes over. Strangers are not strangers for very long
and it�s their job to entertain your visitors with their
playful antics. Friendly and Sweet is the Arian Yorkie but be
assured they are devoted to you and will be the Protector of
their Home and Family. When needed the Arian Yorkie is well
capable of displaying an aggressive attitude. The Head, Eyes
and Ears are important to watch in this little
guy.
Taurus (Apr. 21 -- May 20)— Earth
�If you are not the energetic type, then the Taurus Yorkie may be
just the right little guy for you. He is a much slower mover
than most other signs, almost to the lazy side of life but his
love and devotion will never be in question. His main priority
might be a warm comfortable bed, but please do not forget to
have a full bowl of fresh food nearby to keep him completely
happy. Ok, this is the Yorkie that wants the �Life of Riley�.
He will need and want plenty of affection and attention in the
form of soft stroking and hair brushing. Want to take this
little guy for a walk, who him?? No, he�d rather stay at home
near his bed and food Thank You. This being said �Watch his Weight�
Gemini (May 21 -- June 20) — Air
If you can relate to the �Terrible Twos�, then this may be the
easiest way to describe the Gemini Yorkie. Living life to its
fullest, never setting down and doing as much as possible and
more in a day. Oh! — �Quiet� is not a word
they can relate to, and of course, if they could talk they
certainly would and never shut up for a moment. As a twin
sign, the Gemini Yorkie has enough energy for not one but two,
so get out your running shoes as this little Yorkie wants to
move fast from one thing to the next. �Adventure� could be his
first name and �Fun� could be his last. Even after fully grown
this little guy will continue to act like a playful pup. How
could you not fall in love with a Gemini Yorkie? Watch the
Paws and Legs on this fast moving Yorkie.
Cancer (June 21 -- July 21) — Water
Home and Family are embedded deep in the heart of a Cancer Yorkie.
The words �There�s No Place Like Home� is the sentiment of
this little girl. Family is one of the most important things
to this girl and never wants to be home alone and will get
upset if left for extended periods of time. Cancer Yorkes are
very sensitive to knowing the moods within the family and
harmony is essential but when there is an off day, this little
girl will react to you in a sympathetic way. Do not be
surprised as these little Yorkies too have their bad days, but
they always work it out themselves. During this time be sure
to give them the extra space needed and before long they will
be back on track. Stress and diet changes can cause Digestive
problems so be aware of these conditions.
Leo (July 22 - Aug. 21) — Fire
Leo�s can wrap you around their little finger (if they had fingers)
and you�d never even know it happened. They always want to be
the Rule of the House and �will be�! They enjoy being treated
as �King of the House�, and therefore many Leo�s are quite
spoiled � and of course prefer it this way. You will find they
are extremely loyal Pets and you must do your part to keep it
this way. It will be your job to remind your Leo Yorkie of
your love and gratitude for all their loyalty, after all they
know they�re #1. The courageous Leo can also shine when
looking for that extra attention they so desire. Their weak
point is: Heart
Virgo (Aug. 22 -- Sept. 21) — Earth
If you�re the type of person that adheres to a tight schedule day
in and day out, then the Virgo Yorkie is your match. Neatness,
clean surroundings and making sure everything is in its place
is important with Virgos also. They don�t need new Toys, after
all that would be a change. Turn left instead of right at the
corner during our walk! Don�t think so, why change a good
thing? They can be a little Finicky and Demanding at times,
but as long as you don�t change things or time schedules all
should be well with the Virgo Yorkie.
Libra (Sept. 22 -- Oct. 22) — Air
Friends — Family — travel — Good Food and the finer things in life can
describe the Libra Yorkie. Their top priority would always be
the Friends though. This is a Pet that craves interaction with
other Animals as well as his Human Friends. The Libra Yorkie
will always be ready to travel and the first to the door. It
will not care about the distance, a short trip to the store
will do, just please let me go too. The Libra also expects a
little better quality food, none of those standard Grocery
brands for this Guy. Oh Yes! — And please don�t forget
to make that hair appointment, after all I must look proper
for my Friends, and don�t forget the Bow. I am a Libra after
all and just a �Little Special�!
Scorpio (Oct. 23 -- Nov. 21) — Water
Scorpion�s can be very interesting to say the least as they are extremely
stubborn and yet self-reliant at other times. What a complex
being, completely loyal to their Master and at the same time
as independent as can be. They are the searchers of the signs,
and for what — only they know for sure. The quote �One Man�s
Junk is another�s Man�s treasures� fits the Scorpion Yorkie so
you�ll never know what they�ll dig up next and bring home to
you. Even though they have the desire to roam, they also can
tune into their owners feelings. If you�re having an off day,
the Scorpion will stay close at hand just in case you need
him.
Sagittarius (Nov. 22 -- Dec. 20) — Fire
Sagittarian Yorkies love life and live it to it�s fullest. No worries here
either, they just enjoy the day playing or investigating the
outdoors. — This is
not a Yorkie to be kept inside all the time; he really needs
access to the outside for his playful happy go lucky
personality and spirit. A fenced yard is a must for any Yorkie
regardless of their Birth Sign, but how could a Sagittarius
ever stay home without some barriers. After all they are �Foot
Loose and Fancy Free�! Their energy level is always at the
high side, and traveling with the family is another great
adventure waiting. Keeping up with your every step is no
problem with this Yorkie, even the Kids may have a hard time
keeping up with him.
